BON VIVANT FACTORY
From its construction in the early 19th century to the creation of its first factory in 1900, a lot has happened at Shawbridge. It's the birthplace of a village, a school, a church and a bridge. We lost almost everything there in a fire, then rebuilt. In 1909, his name was formalized in the civil constitution. Then in 2018, a second Factory opens its doors. His mission: to put Shawbridge back on the map, one sip at a time... and that's what we're here for. We produce good beer and good food, and then we even create some for you to take home. A home-grown vegetable garden for fresh ingredients all year round, wood-fired pizzas made with beer batter, dishes to share and finger-licking tapas...
