Created in 1980, the campground welcomes boaters, campers and tourists on the shores of Lac Kénogami under the name Camping Jonquière. The site is located on public land and is intended exclusively for outdoor activities.
This campsite is so much more. It's a gateway to a magnificent body of water; it's a summer and winter meeting place for the citizens of Saguenay and the surrounding area; with a resort potential unique in the province, and more.
It features a marina, camping facilities, reception halls, a restaurant and one of the most beautiful beaches in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region!
